Fred Ishler

Joining Avison Young in 2017 as a Principal in the downtown Chicago office, Mr. Ishler brings 28 years of commercial real estate experience including more than 22 million square feet of office leasing representation in the Chicago suburbs.

Prior to joining Avison Young, Fred spent time at Transwestern as a senior vice president with the agency leasing group in addition to serving as a senior vice president for CB Richard Ellis, a senior managing director at Insignia/ESG, and a tenant representative broker at Studley. At each firm, he was annually ranked among the Midwest’s top leasing professionals.
